A fish food pellet machine was recently successfully exported to Mozambique, providing a practical solution for local fish feed production. The customer purchased the DGP-45 fish feed pellet mill for small-scale production of fish feed pellets. the machine features a production capacity of 40–50 kg per hour and is equipped with a 7.5 kW main motor.

Limited feed supply, feed quality, and local feed production capacity are the main challenges hindering the development of aquaculture in Mozambique. This project is of great significance to Mozambique’s developing aquaculture industry.

Export Packaging of the Fish Food Pellet Machine

Before shipment, the fish feed pellet machine was wrapped in stretch film for protection and secured to a wooden base. The equipment was then packed into a wooden crate to provide additional protection during transport. Related accessories and spare parts have also been prepared.

Wooden crates help protect equipment from shocks, dust, and other risks, ensuring its safety during inland transport and international sea freight.

Conclusion

This project in Mozambique demonstrates how a compact fish food pellet machine can support shrimp feed production without the need for large-scale processing lines.

By matching equipment capacity and pellet specifications according to the customer’s actual needs, this solution provides a practical and flexible solution for small-scale aquaculture enterprises.
